PAYMENT

All credit cards are charged at the time of checkout to help prevent fraudulent orders. Under no circumstances are you allowed to make a purchase with someone else's credit card, even with the card holder's consent. If you are a first time customer and making a purchase with a shipping address that differs from the billing address, we reserve the right to require you to sign a purchase agreement to authorize the order. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders received will be processed as quickly as possible. Orders may take from 2 to 7 days to process, depending if your order has pre order item. So we can insure the correct items are shipped and that the order will be packed in a way. So that the chances of the items being damaged are minimized. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed starting the next business week.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not accept returns if the item you purchased was damaged while in transit. We securely packaged the items to give the quality of service you deserve. So that the chances of the items being damaged are minimized.  In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective or wrong items was shipped to you, you should promptly contact us at refunds@filipinogoodsusa.store or #8329555668 with details of the product, wrong items shipped and/or the defect.
